The 2024 Myopia Driving Club’s Carriage Classic is held at historic Appleton Farms—one of the oldest continuously-operating farms in the United States.

Established in 1638 and operated by nine generations of the Appleton family, Appleton Farms is a 1,000-acre working farm owned by the Trustees of Reservations. The Appletons were active equestrians, participating in fox hunting, polo, driving, and coaching.

Participants and spectators can enjoy food at the Appleton Farm Cafe or the Farm Store. The cross-country pace takes drivers through many of the farm’s roads and trails, and includes obstacles such as bridges, wood piles, and hay wagons.
